We are currently recruiting instructors for speek, an online English pronunciation school headquartered in Tokyo. Our approach is grounded in phonetics, and most of our students are advanced learners.

Since there are strict requirements, please apply only if you meet all of the must-have criteria.

Must-have requirements

• Must be a native English speaker born in the United States or Canada.
• Must currently live in Tokyo.
• Must be currently majoring in, or hold a degree in, linguistics at the university level. A TESOL certificate does not constitute a degree in linguistics.
• Must have at least one year of teaching experience.

Non-native speakers will not be considered, regardless of fluency or pronunciation level.

Nice-to-have requirements

• Those who majored in phonetics
• Those who can speak Japanese
• Those who can use digital skills to streamline work processes
